Service Technician
What You'll Do:
- Travel to customer homes to diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on high-end Sub-Zero refrigeration, Wolf cooking appliances, and Cove dishwashers
- Use specialized tools and factory-authorized parts to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Provide clear, professional explanations to customers about repairs, usage, and preventive care
- Complete detailed service reports and collaborate with the team for parts ordering and scheduling
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in appliance repair is preferred
- Experience in refrigeration, electrical, or major appliance service is a strong plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Physical ability to lift equipment and work in various home environments
Technician Support / Job Site Helper
What You'll Do:
- Ride along with Service Technicians to customer locations in Bucks County, PA, and New Jersey
- Help transport tools, parts, and equipment; assist with installations, repairs, and cleanups
- Perform basic tasks such as carrying heavy items, site preparation, and post-job tidying
- Learn hands-on skills related to high-end refrigeration, cooking, and dishwasher systems
- Support the team to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to our premium standards
What We're Looking For:
- No prior appliance experience required—we provide on-the-job training for our specific Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove brands
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Physical stamina for lifting (50+ lbs), standing, and working in homes/various conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
This is an excellent entry point with clear paths to advance to full Service Technician roles.
Warehouse Manager
Lead our warehouse operations and support our mission to deliver top-tier service for Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances. As Warehouse Manager at First Rate Appliance Service, you'll oversee inventory, warehouse performance, and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
- Manage all warehouse activities: receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, etc.
- Supervise and train Warehouse Support staff, and enforce safety protocols
- Optimize inventory processes, track stock levels, and coordinate with technicians and vendors
- Ensure accurate records and timely parts availability for field service
- Drive improvements to support our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- Proven warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of inventory systems, logistics, and safety best practices
- Strong leadership and team-motivation skills
- Organized, proactive problem-solver comfortable with software/tools

Warehouse Support

What You'll Do:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts and equipment shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for technician routes and customer deliveries
- Maintain precise inventory records and a clean, efficient warehouse space
- Load/unload vehicles and assist with returns or restocking
- Support daily operations to keep our premium service running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
- Warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not required
- Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, bend, reach, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, team-oriented attitude
Customer Service Representative
Be the first point of contact for our valued customers! As a Customer Service Rep at First Rate Appliance Service, you'll help schedule service for luxury Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances while delivering the exceptional support our clients expect.
What You'll Do:
- Answer calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments, dispatch technicians, and coordinate service visits across Bucks County, PA, and New Jersey
- Handle customer inquiries, provide updates, and resolve concerns with empathy
- Maintain accurate records in our system and assist with parts/warranty questions
- Contribute to a seamless experience that reflects our commitment to "Best in Class" service
What We're Looking For:
