First Rate has been a fabulous company to deal with for repairs on my Sub Zero refrigerator. Scheduling was easy and fast response. The technician, John, was very knowledgeable , friendly and maintained a clean environment. Diagnosis was quick and arrived with the necessary parts to fix problem.

John and Charles came out today to replace the hinges under warranty for the subzero as well as tweak the speed oven so the door would close properly.
It’s always a first rate service call use them a couple of times for our appliances would recommend them. -
Rinat was terrific. He serviced our Sub-Zero and upgraded some features to make it more energy efficient! He also diagnosed a problem with the Wolf range that will improve its performance.

I appreciated that they were prepared and had the necessary parts available so that they could perform the service immediately. Sean Eckles without my house today repairing my Wolf stove. From the second he arrived, to the moment he left, he was nothing but professional, patient, an incredibly unique Clean. He even gave me a few minutes to clean out the inside of my stove and oven and places that I can’t reach without the doors off. He immediately figured out what was wrong, and what about making the repair. Sean also repaired my Sub Zero refrigerator two years ago, and then an equally amazing job.
I keep returning to First Rate Appliance because of the high level of professionalism and customer service I receive from the professionals to do my repairs. I cannot recommend this company, or Sean enough!!! -
