Sean, Technician Manager and Jim, Technician came out to our home for a Service call and Maintenance Program on our Sub Zero Refrigerator and Freezers. VERY Professional, Courteous and Knowledgeable Service. They provided us with a few "cleaning tips" that we can routinely do to prolong the systems life. He offered us a solution to our speed oven issue, and although it isn’t the most convenient one due to timing, he ensured that it is the most practical one. Rinat Ganiyev and Gideon arrived today as scheduled and performed a wellness check on our appliances and repaired an issue with the microwave control panel and refrigerator door. Both were excellent (*****), provided guidance on the IR grill maintenance, very cordial and respectful of floors and countertops (used quilted coverings). Super helpful information!

John and Charles came over to our home in Central NJ on Friday to evaluate an issue we are having with our Wolf oven door. They were professional, kind and educated me on the issue. Once parts are in they will be back to fix the issue. I even received some great info on a Cove dishwasher! Good team you have there!

First Rate has been a fabulous company to deal with for repairs on my Sub Zero refrigerator. Scheduling was easy and fast response. The technician, John, was very knowledgeable , friendly and maintained a clean environment. Diagnosis was quick and arrived with the necessary parts to fix problem.

John came out and fixed the light on my Wolf hood in no time and answered all of my questions with the highest degree of knowledge. Will definitely be utilizing the maintenance package he explained to help ensure all my appliances are consistently performing how they should.

John and Charles came out today to replace the hinges under warranty for the subzero as well as tweak the speed oven so the door would close properly.
It’s always a first rate service call use them a couple of times for our appliances would recommend them. -
Rinat was terrific. He serviced our Sub-Zero and upgraded some features to make it more energy efficient! He also diagnosed a problem with the Wolf range that will improve its performance.
