  Sean Eckles without my house today repairing my Wolf stove. From the second he arrived, to the moment he left, he was nothing but professional, patient, an incredibly unique Clean. He even gave me a few minutes to clean out the inside of my stove and oven and places that I can’t reach without the doors off. He immediately figured out what was wrong, and what about making the repair. Sean also repaired my Sub Zero refrigerator two years ago, and then an equally amazing job.
  I keep returning to First Rate Appliance because of the high level of professionalism and customer service I receive from the professionals to do my repairs. I cannot recommend this company, or Sean enough!!!

  5/5 Stars. It was my first time using First Rate Appliance and I couldn’t be more pleased. John was very knowledgeable about subzero and able to fix my freezer issue quickly. They will be my go to if I have any more problems.

  Five stars! I had an excellent experience with First Rate Appliance Service today. John Meyers repaired my old Subzero refrigerator/freezer, replacing light bulbs, unclogging the drain, cleaning the coils and replacing the condenser fan motor… giving it new life and making it work like new. He arrived on time, with all of the parts he needed, and worked efficiently and neatly. I’m so grateful to have my appliance repaired on the first visit. Truly outstanding!

  John and Jack came to my house today and they literally fixed everything regarding our refrigerator and freezer. Everything.
